GS Series Load Cells

GS Series Load Cells

Load Cells are available in standard sizes ranging from 2.5 tons o 85 tons. All GS Series Load Cells ship pre-calibrated, eliminating the need for test calibration weights. GS Series Load Cells are made standard from 17-4 stainless steel.

All GS Series Load Cells have Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum-Two Way Communication with a Transmission Range of 4,300 feet. The load cell can be mounted above a ball, odd parted on the block or even parted at the boom tip. The electronics are potted for increased water proof protection and have an Operating temperature of -40°F to +185°F. GS Series Load Cells have an Accuracy of +/- 1% on a single part of line and can be manufactured in Custom sizes on request

Cable Reels

Cable Reels

• Designed for two styles of boom: proportional hydraulic crane booms and booms with a maximum boom length of 32 feet (10 meters)
• With a small footprint, the GS110 is easy to install and reduces system costs
• The stainless-steel cable can terminate at the end of the first telescoping section on a proportional boom, eliminating the need to run the cable all the way to the boom tip and reducing cable breakage
• The extension length of the cable is 32 feet (10 meters)
• Quickly setup and adjust the boom angle from the display, eliminating the need to manually adjust the boom angle physically on the cable reel
• Angle sensor accuracy is .2°
• Left or right hand cab-mounted, the angle sensor will automatically adjust orientation

Cable Reels

 Designed for proportional hydraulic crane booms and non-proportional booms with a maximum boom extension of 140 ft (42.67 m)
 Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum-Two Way Communication
 Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum-Two Way Communication

• The GS112 Cable Reel can be left or right hand cab mounted, the sensor automatically adjusts orientation
• Easy calibration, confirm retracted and extended boom lengths, and the system will automatically calculate trim & scale
• Wireless transmitter eliminates cable running from cable reel to display
• Operating temperature: -22°F to +150°F (-30°C to +65°C)
• Typical angle accuracy: 0.2°
• Measurement is optimized for crane movements, both the boom angle and boom length are measured 4 times per second

Wind Speed System

Wind Speed System

• Displays the current wind value on a large, brightly lit LED display
• Users can set a wind speed alarm level
